"Jennifer is a tremendous help. She comes in and helps my sellers get their property ready for the market, taking away all the hard work. She sorts, purges, packs, arranges, etc. everything and then when the house gets sold, she can help you pack and move. She helps get rid of things, making donations to your favorite charities or helping you arrange a garage sale. It can be a daunting job if you try to do it all by yourself.

Great experience - professional every step of the way. I could not have packed, purged and staged my house in preparation for its sale any better myself and I think I can do anything and everything better than anyone (Type A personality). The unexpected help in purging was wonderful, the owner has great taste. She is fortunate to have had exposure to some of the most famous people, she stays current on styles and trends and most importantly, she knows classic wardrobe pieces to never part with. She enabled me to make quick and confident decisions. They also packaged up all the "give aways" took the items to"Goodwill" and returned with a the tax receipt. She staged the entire house - you should see my showcase closet - I don't want to touch anything - everything is perfect. When the house sells, I will hire her to finish packing up everything and help me unpack, purge (I need more nudging) and organize the new house. My dream would be to have her come in once a quarter to organize the entire house and train the housekeepers! I am confident you will enjoy her as much as I did.
